May operate hand and power tools of all types:
air hammers, earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment and a variety of other equipment and instruments.

Are at least 18 years of age Have HS Diploma, GED or 2 years' equivalent work experience.
Communicate safety and other work related instructions.
